Professional Care Team

Our Care Team is composed of many integral members: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Social Workers (BSSW and MSSW) and Psychology professionals (LPC, MSC, M.Ed.). All staff must complete an application for employment and credentialed applicants must provide a resume or curriculum vita in addition to an application for employment. The aforementioned list is only a sample of the courses we offer and require our care team to be proficient in. Employees are required to complete trainings across multiple modalities including on-line learning, classroom learning, and competency based skills assessments. We do compensate for training and all courses are offered free of charge to employees upon hire and annually as refreshers are required. Any professional licenses are solely the responsibility of the employee to maintain.
